Job Description
Attending customers and understand their needs.
Recommend suitable ornamental plants, pots, and other accessories.
Promote and sell services like potting, delivery, planting guidance, and aftercare.
Identify common pest and diseases and explain basic control methods ( mechanical, biological, culture chemical)
Qualifications & experience:-
Study in horticulture, agriculture, floriculture or related field preferred.
3-5 years sales experience in nursery, garden centre,landscaping supplier or plant retail environment
