Job Title: Construction Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a flexible and dedicated individual to join our team in the yard, contributing to various tasks including moving materials between modular buildings, installing parts on remodeled structures, taking inventory, and cleaning work areas. This role involves supporting skilled tradesmen without direct hands-on involvement, while also maintaining cleanliness and organization in our furniture warehouse.

Responsibilities
• Move materials from one modular building to another.
• Install various parts on remodeled modular buildings.
• Take inventory and keep work areas clean.
• Organize the warehouse and supply areas.
• Assist main tech level personnel with their daily tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in the furniture warehouse.
• Clean incoming furniture and work bays throughout the day.
Essential Skills
• Experience in construction or outdoor labor work.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Additional Skills Qualifications
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Willingness to train under skilled tradesmen.

Work Environment

This role is set in a non climate-controlled environment, requiring flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The workspace includes innovative modular buildings, portable classrooms, and mobile offices.

Job Type Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moody, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
