UniQ Nutri Bio-Sciences is a company in Jaipur that focuses on improving nutritional habits and the quality of food, water, air, and home living conditions. With the help of a team of nutritionists, we provide a comprehensive plan to reverse chronic diseases through a proper diet with internally fortified products. We identify specific areas of research that directly address issues related to nutrition and quality improvement and testing through our Scientific Advisory Board. Our goal is to support the improvement of food process improvement, including Canned Food Thermal Packed Food and providing validation services for FDA and FSSAI approvals, with the help of our team with more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
Role Description
The Laboratory Manager role is a full-time on-site position in Jaipur. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, maintaining laboratory equipment, performing analytical laboratory testing, supervising laboratory staff, as well as supporting research and development (R&D) activities.
Qualifications
• Ability to adhere to quality control standards
• Hands-on experience in laboratory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to perform various laboratory skills including titrations, extractions, and separations
• Experience in research and development (R&D) in a laboratory setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in supervising laboratory personnel and coordinating laboratory activities
• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Knowledge of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulatory requirements
• Experience in the food and nutrition industry is a plus
