About MastenHQ:
MastenHQ is a small, high-discipline residential lab being built in Delhi.
This is not a coaching institute, internship, or casual study group.
It is a structured environment where a few serious individuals live and work together with a focus on:
- AI/ML and technical projects
- Research thinking and problem-solving
- Japan scholarship pathways (MEXT and beyond)
The goal is to build consistency, depth, and real output.
Role: Lab Member (Residential)
As a Lab Member, you will:
- Work in a focused environment for 8–10 hours daily
- Build and improve technical projects (AI/ML/tech or relevant fields)
- Read and understand research papers
- Participate in daily/weekly reviews and discussions
- Contribute to structured work, including scholarship-related tasks
This is a high-output environment. Passive participation will not work.
Living Requirement (Important):
This is a residential setup.
Selected candidates will:
- Stay and work within the MastenHQ environment
- Follow a structured daily routine
- Be present full-time (24/7 system)
Limited flexibility may be allowed (e.g., Sundays or essential commitments), but this is not a part-time role.
Financial Contribution (Important):
MastenHQ operates as a shared residential and working environment.
Selected members are expected to contribute toward basic living and operational costs (accommodation, utilities, and essentials).
Estimated contribution: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month.
Candidates should have basic financial support (family or personal) to sustain this commitment.
Who This Is For:
- Students who are curious but lack direction
- Individuals willing to work hard without constant supervision
- People serious about building, not just consuming
Who Should NOT Apply:
- Looking for part-time or casual involvement
- Prefer flexible or low-discipline environments

Requirements:
- Must be based in Delhi (physical presence required)
- B.Tech / Diploma / equivalent background
- Have built something (project/GitHub) OR willing to prove through tasks
- Ability to maintain consistency and discipline
