A Consult Partner will be aligned to one of our core value pillars: Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience. They will also have an industry focus in Banking, Insurance, Energy, Transport Utilities (Industrials), or Consumer Retail.

Candidates must have a strong track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation engagements, deep client relationships within their industry domain, and proven ability to shape and lead complex consulting programmes aligned to one or more of our core value propositions.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

Contribute to Profitable Growth:

Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets consisting of c. £12-15m per annum in volume (i.e. Consult) sales whilst overseeing a similar target for managed revenue.

Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth

Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities

Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements while ensuring profitability and understanding, and containing risk

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go-to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives

Leading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement

Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagements
