• BE/B.Tech/MCA in CS/IT disciplines with MBA from reputed institutions and overall 10+ years of relevant experienc.
• Prior experience in working on at-least 5 e-governance initiatives, of which at-least 3 has been with Government of Karnataka and the remaining in other states
• Proven proficiency in projects involving Government Process Reengineering( GPR) in land administration/similar services to that of DS&R, with expertise in writing at-least 2 Detailed Project reports.
• Professionally certified in a recognized project delivery method such as PMI/PMP/PRINCE2 or Common Information Management Method
• ITIL Foundation proficiency desirable
• Kannada speaking candidates preferred
