Relationship Manager : Alternate Asset Group (Retail)
The Alternate Asset Group Retail specializes in acquiring retail customers for funding against properties, providing loans for commercial property purchases, and lease rental discounting. Target customer segments include manufacturers, education, real estate, service industry professionals, and self-employed individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing cases from open market channels, other group businesses, cross-channel, and direct cases to achieve budgeted volumes.
- Meeting clients to explain various products related to working capital/ term loans etc.
- Liaising with the credit team for documentation and proposal submissions for approvals.
- Coordinating with cross-functions (legal/ technical/ operations) for day-to-day activities involved in processing sanctions and disbursements of cases.
- Deepening distribution networks by consistently adding new channels.
- Ensuring additional revenue generation through cross-selling and multiple product sales.
- Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of the portfolio.
- Structuring and customizing products to suit customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate/ MBA with a minimum 5-7 years' experience in banking/ NBFC industries.
- Good knowledge of all banking products.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
