Job Description
Job Title:
A Structured Finance Expert Role
You will work closely with promoters in the structured finance sector, leading end-to-end deals from business and deal analysis to structuring, drafting term sheets, and negotiations.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with credit teams for efficient credit memo drafting and driving the credit approval process forward.
You will also work with our Service team to execute and disburse transactions, interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client-facing role with a focus on structured finance
• Deal lead and business analyst for high-value transactions
• Structuring and negotiation of complex deals
• Credit analysis and approval process management
