Job Description: Driving employee productivity, Workforce Planning and Manpower Budgeting,
Drive the Performance Management process. Lead the Talent management process through Learning,
Career and Succession Planning Working closely with Line managers to improve the overall work environment
and employee engagement.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Needs to be strong on numbers.
3. Ability to influence and manage relationships.
4. Should be adept at excel and data
Note:
Need to manage HR Business Partnering operating out of Mumbai, Pan India role.
Extensive Traveling across India.
