Acquisition of New Client (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.

Job Responsibilities:
• Meeting monthly sales targets for salary accounts as well as TPP’s.
• Managing Team of AMs towards New acquisition of corporate salary accounts from top categorised corporates (which have National and Internatonal presence)
• Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
• Maintaining relationships with the department heads / contact people at a corporate level.
• Penetration in empanelment relationships acquired. This will be self & an Account Manager reporting to the KAM
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of mapping Key accounts.
• Ability to communicate well and make presentations to corporates / mass audiences.
• Local Market knowledge.
Qualification & Experience:
• Should have 3-4 years or plus of sales experience in banking. Preferably corporate sales.
