Job description for Accounts Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing accounts, preparing Invoices.
· Responsible for maintaining and updating Tally Entries.
· Handle PF & ESIC deduction, Salary provisions
· Preparation and maintaining Cash, Bank, Debtor & Petty Cash reconciliation for every month.
· Responsible for the processing of invoices of bills payment to vendor.
· Any other Duties and Responsibilities shall be as delegated to you from time to time by the management.
· Ensure to prepare database related to Statutory/Bank/GST/TDS/Income Tax.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
· Comprehensive familiarity with Tally and IT savy.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,744.43 – ₹34,738.+6 per month
Schedule:
• Morning shift
License/Certification:
• Tally (Preferred)
