We're looking for Kafka Administrator to :
• Perform large scale data & systems analysis, and design streaming solutions using kafka that will solve business problems
• Provide big data solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• Design, develop, and improve the streaming platform we provide to our clients and employees.
• Manage and own significant pieces of project deliverables end-to-end from the initial demand, all the way to testing the agreed solution and delivering to production.
• Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve critical incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.

You'll be working in the WMA CTO team in India. We provide technology solutions that spans across WMA

Your expertise
• Cloud infrastructure architecture, configuration and automated deployment for streaming solutions.
• Experience with capacity planning and performance tuning of Kafka clusters
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Experience in running Kafka on Kubernetes using Helm charts as per business requirements.
• Experience in setting up continuous integration of source code pipelines using Gitlabs, Terraform, Ansible, etc., is preferred.
• Brainstorm new ideas to efficiently deploy, manage and configure the current platform for Wealth management clients
