Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Junior Wedding Planner to support the planning and execution of weddings and events. The role involves vendor coordination, client communication, on-ground event management, and ensuring smooth event flow.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and coordinating weddings and social events
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, decorators, photographers, and other partners
• Support client communication and requirementHelp create event timelines, checklists, and execution plans
• Manage on-ground event operations during wedding functions
• Ensure smooth guest experience and event flow
• Work closely with design and production teams for execution
• Handle last-minute changes and coordination efficiently
• Maintain event documentation and reports
• Support the team in brainstorming creative wedding concepts and themes
Requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Passion for weddings, events, and hospitality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Flexible to work on weekends and event days
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and event coordination is a plus
• Fresher or candidates with internship/event experience can apply
