Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, and individuals looking to start a career in IT. The successful candidate will assist with technical support, system monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting, and various IT-related projects.

No prior professional experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Technical Support
Provide Level 1 technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Assist with workstation setup and deployment
Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals
System Administration Support
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration
Create and manage user accounts
Monitor system performance
Support network and server maintenance activities
Documentation
Maintain technical documentation
Update asset inventory records
Create user guides and process documentation
Projects
Assist senior team members with IT projects
Participate in system upgrades and deployments
Support cybersecurity initiatives
Perform testing and quality assurance tasks
Experience

Required Diploma or Degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Administration, Cybersecurity
Technical Skills
Knowledge of:
- Tanium
- ServiceNow
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Azure
- Mobile Device Management

Basic understanding of:
Windows 10/11
Microsoft 365
