About the job:
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Create and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns for lead generation and brand promotion.
Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and improve campaign ROI.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
Analyze social media and advertising performance using analytics tools.
Generate leads and website traffic through organic and paid social media efforts.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media and Meta Ads performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media marketing and digital advertising trends.
