MyOperator is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our sales force. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs that equip our sales professionals with the tools, techniques, and product knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of our sales team, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually to ensure effective learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and managers to identify training needs, assess performance gaps, and implement strategies to address them.
• Create training materials, presentations, and resources that are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the company's sales objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new sales techniques to incorporate into training programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role within a SaaS-based product organization.
• In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM tools, and the SaaS industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with teams.
