Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone starting their career in sales who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist in executing sales campaigns at events, pop-up shops, and retail locations.
• Engage with customers and potential supporters, providing them with accurate information about our clients’ causes.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through direct interaction.
• Receive and act on feedback to improve sales techniques and approaches.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and strategies for campaign success.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes to inform future campaigns.

Requirements
• Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Must not have applied to T+-Specialist within the past 30 days.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
