Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic part-time Junior Leasing Associate to join our sales and leasing team. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about leasing luxury suites, pre-screening high-quality tenants, and converting leads into signed leases.
Work Location & Hours:
• Based at the brand-new TEREZ Marketing Centre, Greystone, Cochrane, built by Ocgrow
• Part-time, with weekday afternoons/early evenings and weekends required
• Gain mentorship & incredible growth experience in Sales/Leasing role for one of Canada's leading new luxury rental projects launching soon.
• Clear pathway to a growth oriented full-time, long term Leasing Management role as project become fully occupied in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Tenant Screening
• Welcome all new customer leads, both online & in person, including walk-in clients with a professional, warm & high energy friendly approach.
• Conduct pre-screening of prospective tenants to ensure the best fit for luxury suites.
• Provide guidance on available rental suites, amenities, and community features.
High-Energy Sales & Leasing
• Drive leasing of luxury suites through high-energy sales skills and persuasive communication.
• Qualify inquiries, schedule viewings, and convert leads into signed leases at TEREZ
• Conduct property suite showings, family tours and presentations, delivering a confident, polished experience.
Property & Market Knowledge
• Learn TEREZ and other properties in Ocgrow’s portfolio at Greystone.
• Stay informed on local market trends, competitor offerings, and luxury rental expectations.
CRM, Digital Marketing & Tech Skills
• Track leads and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Support social media marketing, digital campaigns, and rental listings.
• Assist with SEO, website updates, and online visibility strategies.
• Strong tech, IT, and web skills are required for managing digital tools and platforms effectively.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with a fun-loving, high-energy team to support promotions, campaigns, and leasing goals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment.
Qualifications
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
• High-energy, self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a polished, professional presence.
• Organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office & CRM familiarity preferred.
• Strong tech/IT/web skills required to manage digital marketing and leasing tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
