Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to support the quality, stability, and reliability of our cloud-based healthcare SaaS platform.
This role focuses on manual and functional testing and works closely with product managers and engineers to validate features, identify issues early, and support smooth releases.
This is a primarily internal role with minimal client-facing responsibility, ideal for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work and wants to grow their QA skills in a healthcare SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manual Testing & Quality Assurance-
- Design and execute manual test cases for web-based SaaS applications
- Perform smoke, sanity, and regression testing across releases
- Validate new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes
- Ensure functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria

Defect Management & Collaboration-
- Identify,
