We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Junior Producers who plays a crucial role in ensuring that creative projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with senior producers and other team members to bring artistic visions to life while adhering to timelines and budgets.

We’re a forward-thinking advertising team looking for passionate producers for our Video/Production team with creative ideas, zeal to learn and an excellent eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of project timelines and production schedules.
• Collaborate with senior producers and other team members to set project goals and milestones.
• Research and storyboard video projects; prepare scripts.
• Assist with script development, storyboarding, and creative direction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and relevance of our video content.
• Collaborate closely with the editing team to ensure the creative vision is upheld during the post-production process.
• Create Reels and Short Videos for social channels (Instagram and YouTube)
• Ideate concepts.
• Effective Communication skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in film production, communications, broadcasting or journalism any related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of video production and editing experience
• Should be able to do research, crunch data and come up with insights that are then converted into texts or video content.
• Understand Client Briefs and come up with ideas and pitches for different text/video properties.
• Should be able to look at online platforms, evaluate performance and make necessary changes. Understand editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects etc.
• Can transform boring subjects into fun, engaging, watchable content for the audience
• Understanding of the overall education industry
