Join our team as an Entry-Level Property Caretaker dedicated to maintaining beautiful, clean, and safe outdoor spaces. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for litter pickup, garbage cleaning, and general landscape upkeep to ensure properties remain inviting and well-maintained. Responsibilities

Perform litter pickup and garbage removal across designated property areas using appropriate hand tools and power tools.
Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as trimming, pruning, planting, and watering to support overall landscape health.
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor facilities by inspecting and cleaning walkways, parking lots, and common areas regularly.
Support landscape maintenance activities including mowing lawns, aerating soil, and installing new plantings under supervision.
Conduct routine inspections of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly.
Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment.
Experience

Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or general property maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Familiarity with horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge related to operating small construction or maintenance equipment is advantageous.
Ability to use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruners, and wheelbarrows effectively.
Experience with power tools like trimmers or blowers is beneficial but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn new skills related to construction experience or specialized landscape tasks is highly valued.
