Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Pastry Chef and a Junior Baker role based in Gurugram. The Junior Pastry Chef will assist in preparing, baking, and finishing pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards. The Junior Baker is responsible for preparing dough, baking with wild ferment.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of professional pastry/bakery experience
• Solid grounding in dough, breads tarts, cakes, and plated desserts
• Comfortable with early-morning shifts and high-volume production
• Attention to detail and consistency in execution
Role
• Support daily production of pastries, bakes, and desserts for the café menu
• Assist with mise en place, portioning, and plating standards
• Work closely with the head baker & kitchen team in an open-plan setup
