Job Purpose:Makoons is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support legal functions related to contract drafting, compliance, legal research, and education regulations within the preschool industry.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and policies.Conduct legal research on education, corporate, and regulatory matters.Collaborate with external counsel on specialized legal matters.Monitor changes in laws and update the team accordingly.Ensure legal compliance in business operations and support policy development.Remuneration: Rs. 7 LPARequired Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B). Freshers can applyExperience: 0-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate or education law.Skills: Strong legal drafting, analytical skills, communication, and attention to detail.
