The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of interior projects, including drafting plans, client coordination, contractor follow-ups, site supervision, material selection, and ordering. The role demands flexibility, multitasking, and a proactive approach to handling various project responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients, understand their vision, and provide design solutions. - Develop and draft interior design plans based on client requirements. - Follow up with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project execution. - Supervise on-site work to maintain quality, timelines, and adherence to design specifications. - Assist in budgeting, basic accounting, and tracking project expenses. - Source and order materials, ensuring timely procurement and delivery. - Conduct client meetings, present design concepts, and make necessary revisions. - Adapt to additional responsibilities as required to support project completion.
