Role Description Job Title: Junior Fabric Executive Evolv Clothing is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Fabric Executive to support fabric sourcing coordination, mill follow-ups, fabric tracking, sustainability documentation, and production coordination across development and bulk stages. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring timely fabric availability, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with mills and internal teams, and supporting smooth execution of fabric-related processes aligned with buyer requirements and production timelines. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build their career in fabric sourcing, merchandising, and apparel supply chain operations within the export garment industry. Key Responsibilities Fabric Coordination & Tracking Coordinate with mills and vendors for fabric booking, dispatches, and delivery follow-ups. Track fabric status from development to bulk production stages. Ensure timely availability of fabrics as per production schedules. Support fabric allocation and movement between units. Sustainability & Documentation Support Assist in coordinating sustainability certifications such as BCI, Organic, and related traceability documentation. Maintain fabric-related records, approvals, and certification documents. Support audit and compliance documentation activities. Fabric Quality & Testing Coordination Coordinate with QA teams and mills regarding fabric quality concerns. Support FPT (Fabric Performance Testing) and GPT (Garment Performance Testing) follow-ups and approvals. Track pending approvals and update internal teams on fabric status. ERP / MIS Reporting Update ERP/SAP systems with fabric movement, inventory, and certification details. Generate and maintain MIS reports related to fabric tracking and dispatch status. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for internal coordination. Inventory & Process Support Monitor fabric inventory, leftover stock, and unit transfer status.
