The company is dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to meet the growing energy needs of its clients.Location:Site-Based (Ground Mount Solar Plant)Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to handle on-site operations and maintenance of ground-mounted solar power plants. The role involves monitoring plant performance, executing preventive and breakdown maintenance, and ensuring optimal energy generation with minimum downtime.Key Responsibilities1. Plant Operations- Monitor daily plant performance (generation, PR, CUF)- Ensure maximum uptime of the plant- Coordinate with SCADA team for real-time monitoring2. Preventive Maintenance- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance of modules, inverters, transformers, and HT/LT panels- Ensure module cleaning as per schedule- Maintain maintenance logs and checklists3. Breakdown Maintenance- Identify faults in solar modules, inverters, cables, and electrical systems- Troubleshoot and rectify issues to minimize downtime- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers4. Electrical System Handling- Basic handling of HT/LT systems, transformers, and switchgear- Ensure safety procedures during electrical operations- Assist in shutdown and startup activities5. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain daily generation and downtime reports- Prepare incident reports and maintenance records- Update logs for audits and compliance6. Site Management- Supervise technicians and cleaning teams- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at site- Monitor security and asset safetyQualifications & SkillsEducation- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringExperience- 02 years in solar O&M / electrical maintenance- Freshers with strong fundamentals can applySkills Required- Basic knowledge of solar power plant operations- Understanding of inverters, transformers, and electrical systems- Familiarity with SCADA monitoring (preferred)- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Willingness to work at remote site locations Key Attributes- Field-oriented and hardworking- Quick learner with technical interest- Ability to work in shifts if required- Strong focus on safety and disciplineSalaryNo bar for deserving candidates.Why Join RECARE- Hands-on experience in large-scale solar plants- Strong learning exposure in renewable energy- Competitive salary aligned with industry standards.- Growth opportunities in a fast-developing solar engineering company
