We are looking for someone who can combine creativity and excellent analytical skills to understand the customer journey and execute marketing across all channels to drive meaningful growth. You should understand how to craft our branding and use paid and organic channels efficiently. You will work directly with a world-class
founding team (McKinsey, UnitedHealth, GlaxoSmithKline, Infosys, Wharton alumni) and use deep insights to craft a compelling story for customers.
Responsibilities
Launch online campaigns through paid channels like Facebook, Google,
YouTube, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
Track and optimize CPLs and performance of end-to-end acquisition funnel,
including creatives, messaging and landing pages
Use Web analytics tools like Google Analytics, WebTrends to get deeper
insights on traffic and acquisition trends
Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing strategies
Assist with the management and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Plan and manage budgets for digital marketing
Assist the Social Media Marketing Manager in creating online ads.
Work closely with the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team.
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or relevant field.
Proven work experience (3-4 years experience) in digital marketing with
consumer-focused brands
Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing and SEO platforms like Facebook
