Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Banquet Sales coordinate banquet and event sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for selling, planning, and executing banquet events, including corporate functions, weddings, galas, and private parties. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled negotiator, and passionate about hospitality and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Business Development
• Identify and pursue new banquet and event sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals.
• Conduct site tours and sales presentations for potential clients.
• Event Planning Coordination
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and create detailed event proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, service staff, operations) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings, contracts, and billing.
• Marketing Promotion
• Partner with the marketing team to promote banquet services through online, print, and event-based marketing.
• Attend networking events and industry trade shows to represent the venue and generate leads.
• Revenue Management
• Meet or exceed banquet sales targets and manage event budgets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Customer Service
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.
• Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in banquet, catering, or event sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management software.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
