About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will see you responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable with some administrative/clerical support functions.

Accounts Payable
End to end Accounts Payable processing maintained in ERP (MYOB)
Maintain inboxes - AP invoice submissions and queries from Suppliers and Customers
Reports (i.e. Creditors, Reconciliation)are produced as required
Creditor statement reconciliations
Creditor database maintenance
Assisting in Credit card reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations and uploads/receipts
Coding and entry of expense claims
Month end functions adhered to
Accounts Receivable
Invoicing & credit adjustments
Reconciliation of Debtors ledgers to company's software platform and MYOB
Monthly Statements
Debtors collection processes - follow up on outstanding debts based on credit terms, reconciliations and allocation of payments and receipts
Reports (i.e. Aged Debtors, cashflows) are produced as required
Month end function
Administrative Functions:
Other ad hoc duties as required
Skills and experience
experience in similar role or completed tertiary studies in accounting/finance desirable
Self starter and self motivated
High level of attention to detail
Works well under pressure and is a team player
A positive and can do attitude
Excellent communication skills with strong focus on providing great customer service
A high level of numerical aptitude and accurate data entry
Intermediate to advances Excel and comfortable experience with MS Word and Gmail
