Role Description The Junior Account role is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, and assisting with invoicing and payment processing. The Junior Account professional will help prepare basic financial reports, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial procedures. The role also includes assisting with inventory-related accounting for e-commerce activities and supporting audits or internal reviews as needed.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.Ability to work accurately with numbers, perform reconciliations, and handle data entry in accounting systems or spreadsheets.Proficiency with MS Excel and basic familiarity with accounting or ERP software.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.Interest in the e-commerce or fashion retail sector and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. .
