Shift timings: 7 PM to 4 AM and 5 PM to 2 AM IST

Total experience required: 0 – 2 Years.

Notice Period: max 15 days.

Candidate must have undergone EBS Training/Cloud training
Should have good knowledge of PL/SQL.
Good Communication

Roles Responsibilities:
This will client facing role, the candidate should be able to answer questions raised by the client.
Allocating tickets to thenext level
Should be able to query, join tables,,, and basic diagnosis of the issue.
