Job Title: Jr. Sales - B2B Lead Generation (Fresher)
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Business Development team by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and initiating business conversations. The ideal candidate should have strong research abilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn B2B sales and lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, company websites, Google, online directories, and other lead-generation platforms.
• Generate qualified leads based on target industries, technologies, and geographical locations.
• Build and maintain an accurate prospect database using Excel, CRM, or lead management tools.
• Reach out to prospective clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound calls.
• Schedule meetings and introductory calls for the Business Development Manager.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to qualify leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Update CRM with lead status, communication history, and follow-up actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, target markets, and competitor information.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong internet research and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email communication.
• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (Marketing - BBA/MBA/PGDM).
• Basic understanding of B2B sales or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Internship or certification in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing is preferred.
