Jr. Automation Engineer - Fresher

About the Role

:We are seeking a highly skilled Jr Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience with Power Platform, UiPath, and Python. As a Jr Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated solutions to improve business processes and enhance operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation workflows using

a) Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)

b) UiPath Studio

c) Agentic AI tools and frameworks to broaden automation capabilities and enable intelligent decision-making.

Develop Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integrations.

Write PowerShell scripts for system, file, and automation support tasks.

Work with JSON for API integrations, Power Automate connectors, and data exchange.

Analyze business processes and convert them into automation logic.

Create innovative automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Implement exception handling, logging, validations, and retry mechanisms.

Execute unit testing and UAT for automation solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation (PDD, SDD, runbooks).

Optimize and enhance automations for performance and reliability

Required Skills (Fresher Level)

Power Automate (Cloud or Desktop) hands-on flow creation.

UiPath Studio workflow development.

Python basic to intermediate scripting.

PowerShell basic automation scripts.
