Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial laws.
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
Assist in company incorporations, corporate compliances, and regulatory filings.
Support legal due diligence and transaction documentation.
Prepare corporate records, resolutions, minutes, and related documentation.
Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities as required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work while adhering to the Firm's policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
LL.B. (Mandatory)
1–2 years of experience
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
