You’ll run your own truck, lead jobs your way, get paid well (the way your prefer), and help shape the systems of a company built by tradesmen for tradesmen.

Your Role: What You'll Do
• Handle service calls for residential and light commercial plumbing
• Diagnose, repair, and install all kinds of plumbing systems
• Use ServiceTitan to manage your jobs and earn bonuses through smart upsells
• Work independently or lead apprentices on site
• Provide clean, clear, honest service that earns customer trust
• Mentor apprentices and collaborate with the team
• Contribute to SOPs and shaping how we grow

Qualifications:
• Journeyman Plumbing License in Michigan (required)
• Clean-cut, reliable, and serious about your craft
• Thrive in a lead role and enjoy being trusted to run work
• 3-5 years of service plumbing experience (required)
• 1-3 years of construction (preferred)
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (required)

Required Skills:
• Technically Skilled and Qualified as a plumber ability to work on all plumbing systems , pipe types, rough-in, trim out, appliances, fixtures, and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• High-QUALITY installations and maintenance
• Self-directed and organized
• Excellent customer communication
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety
• Physical ability to lift and carry tools and materials
