Plumber (Licensed – Indiana)
Greenwood, IN Full-Time Commercial Plumbing Focus

We’re a small, family-owned company that's been serving Central Indiana since 2014. Position Overview
We are hiring a skilled Journeyman Plumber (licensed in Indiana) to lead plumbing projects, collaborate with other trades, and ensure high-quality installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and remodeling jobs.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial and some residential projects
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing layouts
Perform pipe threading, cutting, and system layout work
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide practical, long-term solutions
Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC techs, and other trades on job sites
Work directly with clients to assess plumbing needs when necessary
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments
Assist with fixture installation during remodels and build-outs
Requirements
Current Journeyman Plumber License (Indiana) – Required
3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial preferred)
Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with tools/equipment
Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working in varied environments
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Hours: 30–35 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
Pay: $32.00-40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Work Location: In-person, based in Greenwood, IN
