Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to lead an electrical team on commercial and industrial solar installations across Arizona. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical systems, a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and proven experience installing, wiring, and commissioning electrical equipment on active job sites.
Experience in solar installation is highly preferred.
This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership, requiring someone who can supervise and mentor apprentice electricians while performing complex electrical tasks. You will be responsible for training your team, delegating work assignments, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with other trades and subcontractors on-site.
