1. Commis Chef (Indian / Chinese)
Salary: βΉ18,000 β βΉ25,000/month
Responsibilities:
β’ Prepare and cook dishes as per recipe and quality standards.
β’ Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
β’ Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
β’ Assist in kitchen preparation, inventory, and stock management.
β’ Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.
Requirements:
β Experience in Indian or Chinese cuisine preferred.
β Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
β Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Kitchen Helper
Salary: βΉ10,000 β βΉ16,000/month
Responsibilities:
β’ Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations.
β’ Wash, clean, and organize utensils and kitchen equipment.
β’ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
β’ Support daily kitchen activities as required.
Requirements:
β Hardworking and disciplined.
β Basic kitchen knowledge is a plus.
β Freshers are welcome to apply.
