Customer Sales Representative

Overview

Dynamic Outreach is seeking outgoing, friendly, and professional fundraisers to join our expanding team. In this role, you will represent our charity partners in shopping centres and private-site campaigns across Australia, engaging the public and inspiring ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Dynamic Outreach and our charity partners professionally and ethically.
Engage members of the public through face-to-face conversations to secure regular supporters and donations.
Meet individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and data accuracy.
Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in training and mentoring programs.

Dynamic Outreach provides face-to-face marketing services to international and local NGOs, enabling partners to focus on their fieldwork. We specialise in shopping-centre and private-site campaigns and are committed to ethical representation and accurate support for the charities we serve.

Candidates must hold valid work rights for Australia.

Requirements

Outgoing, confident, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales and engagement environment.
Motivated, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Prior shopping-centre kiosk or face-to-face fundraising experience preferred (minimum 6 months desirable, not essential).
Minimum age requirement of 18+ years.
Availability to work 3-4 days per week minimum.
