This role is responsible for organising and managing the day to day operations of the sales team at Bakers Delight Woden. Bakers Delight has a strong focus on customer service. We pride ourselves on the customer experience every time they shop at our store. We focus on customer service and merchandising the shop to a high standard; the sales manager is responsible for leading by example and training sales staff to do the same. The successful candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous manager experience preferred. The ability to focus and a strong work ethic is important to be successful in this role. This role includes managing staff, onboarding and off boarding, rostering and wages.

Bakers Delight Woden is open 7 days/week. The sales manager is expected to learn to work all shifts (7am - 7.30pm) with some weekend work included in the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
