About the Role:

We are looking for an artisan with incredibly nimble fingers and exceptional hand-eye coordination to assemble our mid-to-high-end jewelry pieces. This is NOT a traditional metal-smithing or bench jeweler role. The core of our production relies on highly intricate stringing, complex wire weaving/looping, and managing the delicate tension (drape) of heavy Baroque pearls and 24K Gold Vermeil components.

Who You Are (The "Magic Hands"):

You do not necessarily need to be a trained jeweler. We have found that individuals with strong backgrounds in Haute Couture Embroidery, Lacemaking, Advanced Crochet, Fine Textile Arts, or specialized Beadwork possess the exact micro-dexterity and extreme patience we need.

If you have a background in meticulous, high-end handcrafts, we want to hear from you. We will train the right hands on our specific fine jewelry finishing techniques (such as French wire, crimping, and zero-mark wire looping).

Key Responsibilities:

Execute highly intricate stringing patterns using professional micro-wires (e.g., Fireline, 49-strand).
Maintain perfect tension and "drape" across heavy pearls and gemstones, understanding how the piece will flow on the human body.
Perform extremely precise wire manipulations (creating microscopic, perfect loops using 24K Gold Vermeil headpins) using soft nylon-jaw pliers.
Handle tiny, fragile components (down to 1.5mm spacer beads) with absolute precision.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a field requiring extreme micro-dexterity (Fine Jewelry Stringing, Couture Embroidery, Textile Arts, etc.).
A steady hand, perfect eyesight (or comfortable using magnification loupes), and obsessive attention to detail.
Patience for repetitive, highly detailed micro-tasks.
