Position: Operations Executive / sr. Executive / assistant Manager
Department: MICE / Corporate Travel
Location: Janakpuri District center
Experience: 3-5 Years in Travel / MICE Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
The Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and execution of domestic & international MICE events, group travel movements, corporate tours, and on-ground logistics. The role requires strong organizational abilities, multi-tasking, vendor coordination, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event & Travel Coordination
• Handle complete operations for corporate events, conferences, incentive travel, exhibitions, and group tours.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, day-wise movement plans, and travel documents.
• Ensure smooth check-ins, transfers, hotel stays, meal arrangements, and activity execution.
2. Vendor & Partner Management
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters, and activity partners for bookings.
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely confirmations.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors for seamless operations.
