Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive for our jewellery retail store in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring an exceptional in-store shopping experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
•Provide product information related to gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
•Maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business.
•Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation.
•Assist in billing coordination and order processing.
•Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
•Coordinate with inventory/store team for stock availability.
•Maintain records of customer preferences and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (jewellery/luxury retail preferred).
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Customer handling and negotiation skills.
•Target-oriented mindset.
•Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
