Job Description – Jewellery Sales Executive Company: House of Rings Location: Pacific Mall, Jaipur, Rajasthan Position: Jewellery Sales Executive Employment Type: Full-Time About the RoleHouse of Rings is looking for a confident, customer-focused and target-oriented Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team at Pacific Mall, Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their jewellery requirements, presenting suitable products, achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent in-store experience. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget. Explain jewellery designs, features, pricing and product specifications. Showcase gold, diamond and other jewellery collections effectively. Achieve individual and store-level monthly sales targets. Convert walk-in enquiries into successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Conduct customer follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp when required. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation. Coordinate with the team for stock availability and product requirements. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Stay updated about jewellery products, trends and competitors. Follow company SOPs, billing procedures and security guidelines. Contribute to a positive and premium customer experience. Candidate ProfileGood communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable, confident and customer-oriented personality. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives. Basic computer knowledge. Good command of Hindi; English communication will be an advantage. Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail or showroom sales is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in jewellery sales may also be considered.
