Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and be able to guide customers confidently through their jewellery-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, jewellery designs, certifications, and pricing.
• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Assist in inventory management, stock audits, and product displays.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Stay updated on jewellery trends, diamond knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Support social media content creation by coordinating customer testimonials and showroom activities when required.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/POS systems.
• Ability to work weekends and festive seasons.
• Knowledge of diamonds and jewellery is preferred; training will be provided.
Preferred Qualities
• Passion for luxury products and fashion.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
