The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java, Spring boot, proven leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting systems, designing low-level diagrams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities: · Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. · Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. · Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.Technical Skills:· Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. · Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. · Experience with RESTful web services and API development.· Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. · Proficiency with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. · Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Tools and Methodologies: · Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle. · Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. · Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Please Note: We appreciate every application, however, due to a high volume of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
