The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, team leadership, project management, and software architecture, ensuring successful project execution and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of Java developers, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Oversee the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment.
• Design and review scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures.
• Drive development best practices, coding standards, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while ensuring system performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Java development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading development teams or managing projects.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
