Welmont Preschool and Daycare is seeking an experienced and passionate Preschool Principal to oversee all aspects of our school’s operations. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with educational and safety standards, and fostering a nurturing environment for our students.

The Preschool Principal will lead marketing efforts to promote the school, drive enrollment, and manage the admissions process. They will serve as the main point of contact for parents, handling inquiries, conducting tours, and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and meetings.

In addition to overseeing staff recruitment and development, the Principal will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
