1. Configure and maintain Linux-based fleet devices. 2. Assist in the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AI dashcams, GPS trackers, and related hardware. 3. Perform basic hardware diagnostics and replace faulty components whenever required. 4. Maintain installation records, inventory logs, and service reports using Microsoft Excel. 5. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth deployment activities. 6. Support field engineers during device installation, maintenance, and customer visits. 7. Record device serial numbers, installation details, and customer information accurately. 8. Travel to client locations for installation, servicing, and technical support whenever required.
