We are looking for passionate and driven Domestic IT Recruiters with 1–4 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities:
???? Handle the entire recruitment cycle for domestic IT roles
???? Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, references, etc.
???? Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
???? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
???? Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
???? Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
✅ Strong understanding of IT roles & technologies
✅ Excellent sourcing & screening skills
✅ Good communication and coordination abilities
✅ Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad
✅ Must be available for face-to-face interviews
